**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

- Actively contribute to resolving supplier and customer inquiries related to international billing and payment topics. Utilize third-party tools for the management of customer and supplier payments.
- Master the day-to-day oversight of payment operations, including reconciliation, preparation of monthly closing reports, and managing Pay-Ins & Pay-Outs.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in payments, establishing strong connections with external providers to enhance existing processes and operational workflows. Collaborate closely with product teams and various departments in a fast-paced, multicultural environment to identify and gather requirements for enhancing current processes.
- Take a lead role in developing and conducting training sessions on payments and billing for internal stakeholders. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies throughout all payment and billing processes.
- Contribute actively to the development of strategic financial initiatives aimed at fostering organizational growth.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- You have a minimum of **2+ years of relevant experience** in finance operations or a similar role.
- You are proficient in **MS Office**, particularly **Excel**, and have experience using **Customer Support tools** like **Salesforce**. Familiarity with **SQL** is a valuable asset.
- You are **self-motivated** and driven, with exceptional **attention to detail** that enables you to navigate and manage complex financial data with precision.
- You have a proven track record of working with and supporting **cross-functional teams**.
- You have hands-on experience using various **payment tools** and managing **international billing and payment methods**.
- You bring experience in working within **startups** or building processes from the ground up.
