- Sie beraten und unterstützen Siemens Bereiche - im Kontext der Digitalisierung - zu Test und Qualität von industriellen, AI-basierten intelligenten Software-Systemen, insbesondere in den Bereichen Test-Strategie, Test-Architekturen, modellbasierte Test
- und Design-Techniken, sowie bzgl. DevOps, MLOps und Continuous Delivery Entwicklungsmethodik
- Sie definieren und realisieren Arbeitspakete in innovativen Forschungs
- und Vorfeldprojekten zu neuen Verifikations
- und Testmethoden, sowie Software-Qualität für Datengetriebene und KI-basierte Systeme
- Sie treiben die Initiierung und Durchführung innovativer Forschungs
- und Vorfeldprojekte zu Testarchitekturen, Performance und Software-Qualität für Intelligent Systems, insbesondere auch Daten-getriebene und KI-Systeme
- Sie definieren und leiten eigenverantwortlich innovative Bereichsprojekte in enger Abstimmung mit allen relevanten Stakeholdern unter Einbeziehung der Entwicklungsstandorte der Kunden
- Sie erkennen Verbesserungsmaßnahmen und stoßen diese an, beim Test und bei der Qualitätssicherung von zuverlässigen Produkten und Lösungen, auf Basis einer Analyse der technischen Risiken sowie der angewandten Entwicklungs
- und Test-Prozesse
- Sie bauen das Wissensnetzwerk auf und aus und betreiben Best Practice Sharing zu den stellenspezifischen Themen, sowie Coaching und fachliche Aussteuerung von Studenten und Abschlussarbeiten

**Ihr Profil für "Zukunft möglich machen".**
- Sie konnten Ihr Hochschulstudium (Regelstudiendauer >4 Jahre) der Fachrichtung Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbares erfolgreich absolvieren
- Sie können bereits langjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Design und Test industrieller Software-Systeme, Modell-Basierter und Test-getriebener Entwicklung, Design von Testarchitekturen für komplexe, intelligente Systeme, Projekt
- und Testmanagement vorweisen und haben in Projekten mit agil / inkrementellen oder DevOps/MLOps-Entwicklungsprozessen mitgearbeitet
- Sie verfügen über ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse im Bereich daten-getriebene und KI-basierte Systeme, insbesondere auch bzgl. Entwicklungsmethodik, sowie Verifikations
- und Validierungstechniken für solche Systeme
- Sie sind mit den einschlägigen Architekturen, Frameworks und Tools im Umfeld intelligenter Systeme und KI und deren erfolgreicher Anwendung im industriellen Umfeld vertraut.
- Sie verfügen darüber hinaus über fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen (Test-)Architekturen für datengetriebene Systeme.
- Sie verfügen über Kenntnisse im Bereich (Test-)Architekturen und Methoden für intelligente und cyber-physikalische Systeme zum Nachweis (V&V) ihrer funktionalen and nicht-funktionalen Eigenschaften
- Des Weiteren sollten sie vertraut sein mit Qualitätseigenschaften (NFRs) wie Zuverlässigkeit, Performance und Sicherheit von SW-Systemen und ihrem Nachweis
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab
