**We help the world run better**

**What you'll do**

As a working student on our team, you will help us with executive and internal communications to strategically position highly relevant tech topics (incl. cross-product integration and innovation, user experience/mobile experience, artificial intelligence, etc.) with various target groups. In addition, you will support us in creating transparency for employees, and inspire them to strengthen SAP’s brand. Together with a team of communications experts and designers, you will work creatively with various stakeholders and collaborate with the leadership team of Cross Product Engineering and Experience.

Your main tasks include:

- Support the planning, execution, and follow-up activities for internal and external events.
- Create content for our internal and external channels (articles, blogs, social media posts).
- Build convincing presentation and enablement materials.
- Research on topics in the area of tech, strategy, and leadership to support messaging frameworks.
- Assist in managing internal channels (newsletters, Sharepoint).
- Track the success of our communication tactics.

**What you bring**
- Interest in internal and external communications
- Strong writing skills
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively and efficiently
- Hands-on attitude and proactive in communication
- Profound skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel; experience in Microsoft SharePoint is a plus
- Speaking English fluently, German is a plus

You will join the Cross Product Engineering & Experience organization, which is at the very heart of SAP. Our unit connects all relevant cross-engineering, strategy, and architecture functions that support SAP’s customers to thrive as Intelligent Enterprises. We are responsible for engineering, enabling, and promoting the Intelligent Enterprise, crafting cloud and mobile experiences, defining SAP’s architectural foundation as well as ensuring a delightful user experience and embedding AI across SAP’s portfolio.
