PSS is our award winning service model where we provide and manage scientific services directly within our clients’ facilities, mainly within the pharmaceutical sector. It is a global service offering and we have been managing services through this model since 2002.
**Job Description**:
For our team located close to Darmstadt we are currently looking to hire an Expert for Analytical Method Development and Validation (all genders). Your main responsibilities in this interesting and challenging position will include, but are not limited to:
- Planning and execution of method development, validation and improvement projects
- Support of analytical investigations and problem solving activities
- Writing of analytical documents like method development and validation protocols and reports in English
- Support of validation / qualification of analytical equipment
**Qualifications**:
For this interesting opportunity we are looking for somebody with
- Bachelor / Master degree or PhD in analytical or pharmaceutical science or biochemistry/ food chemistry, preferably with first industrial experience in the relevant area
- Fluent in English written and spoken is a must
- Proven proficiency in technical writing (e.g. publications, thesis, project reports)
- Experience in HPLC and GC as well as wet chemistry, including Karl Fischer
- Expertise in analytical development and/or troubleshooting guiding and supporting analytical investigations
- Experience in the research, manufacture, and testing of pharmaceutical products and familiarity with GMP regulations strongly desired
- Experience in international project teams would be desired
