**Your role**:
You will work independently leading the development of analytical and QC strategy for new, innovative active ingredients and finished products with a focus on antibody-drug conjugates. You independently develop analytical methods, optimize, and validate them; carry out stability tests, clarify by-products and decomposition products and create the pharmaceutical documentation (IND / IMPD) taking into account compliance with quality standards and the consideration of cost objectives. You will cooperate within interdisciplinary and international teams, especially with other functions of chemical and pharmaceutical development. You will also coordinate development activities with external partners.

You will be accountable for solving complex or novel analytical issues by thorough investigations and evaluation of analytical data, as well as responsible of developing and implementing state-of-the-art High Resolution Mass Spectrometry analytical methods with focus to large molecular weight molecules.

**Who you are**:

- PhD in analytical chemistry, organic chemistry, biochemistry and/or pharmacy
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry as project manager preferable
- Good knowledge of current quality and regulatory requirements relevant for NCEs / NBEs development
- Strong skills in HR Mass spectrometry and attitude to problem solving as service provider
- Good communication, presentation, and moderation skills
- A sense of responsibility, organizational skills, independent result-oriented work and decision-making, very good written and spoken English skills
