**Führung und Ausführung**: Du leitest den gesamten Rekrutierungsprozess, einschließlich der Beschaffung, Befragung und Auswahl von Bewerbern und bist dabei selbst aktiv.

**Qualifikationen**

Was wir erwarten:

**Berufserfahrung**: Du bringst mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung in der End-to-End-Rekrutierung und Beschaffung für verschiedene Rollen, vorzugsweise in einem schnelllebigen Startup
- oder Vertriebsumfeld mit.

**Kommunikationstalent**: Du zeichnest dich durch ausgezeichnete kommunikative und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten aus, die eine effektive Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Personengruppen ermöglichen.
