**Das erwartet Dich**:

- Du wirkst beim Aufbau eines normgerechten (ISO 27001) Informationssicherheitsmanagementsystems (ISMS) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) und den Projektteams mit.
- Du befasst dich mit der Identifizierung und Bewertung von Informationssicherheitsrisiken und erarbeitest entsprechende Anforderungskriterien.
- Darüber hinaus unterstützt du den Ausbau des ISMS mithilfe der Entwicklung von Richtlinien, Verfahrensanweisungen und weiteren ISMS-Regelungsdokumenten.
- Du bist an der Neu
- und Umgestaltung von Prozessen zur Wahrung der Informationssicherheit bei Mazars beteiligt und unterstützt das Maßnahmen-Monitoring.
- Du bist beteiligt an der Entwicklung und Anwendung von Kontroll
- und Steuerungsmethoden für IT-Compliance und wirkst aktiv an Stellungnahmen zur Bewertung von Projektvorhaben mit.
- Du konzipierst Security-Awareness-Maßnahmen, führst diese durch und unterstützt beim Auf
- und Ausbau von Wissensdatenbanken, Regelwerken sowie Prozessautomatismen für das ISMS.
- Du untersuchst Informationssicherheitswarnungen und -vorfälle, wirkst an der Entwicklung geeigneter Präventionsmaßnahmen mit und beantwortest informationssicherheitsbezogene Anfragen von Mandanten*innen und Dienstleistungsunternehmen.

**Das bringst Du mit**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaft mit technischem Interessenschwerpunkt o. Ä.
- Umfassende Kenntnisse und überdurchschnittliches Interesse in den Bereichen Informationstechnik (IT), IT-Governance und IT-Compliance sowie ein gutes Verständnis für die Zusammenhänge informationssicherheitstechnischer Einflussfaktoren
- Selbstständige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise mit konsequenter Problemlösungsorientierung sowie die Bereitschaft zur eigenständigen Erschließung von technischen Sachverhalten und rechtlichen Anforderungen
- Optimal ergänzend sind juristische Grundkenntnisse und/oder Expertisen/Erfahrungen in Compliance-Management
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Applikationen (insbesondere Word, Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint) sowie hevorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch
- und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
