Join us a Customer Care Team Lead and manage a team of 7-12 agents. You will be monitoring performance KPIs, ensuring highest working standards and drive conversion.
**Tasks**:
- You are the string-puller for our first telephone customer contacts, leading, steering and supporting a team of consultants for our UK Market
- You coach the employees
- You are responsible for the acquisition of new customers and scheduling of consultation and sales appointments
- You are responsible for independently assessing prepared leads acquired through our market research process
- You provide regular feedback on lead quality to your direct supervisor and the marketing department
- You conduct team meetings and employee appraisals
- You are the interface to our stores, departments, and headquarter
- You do the personnel planning based on the forecast and seasonality
**Qualifications**:
- You have prior experience in leading customer service or sales teams, preferably in the commercial/business area
- You have a degree in business administration or economics or comparable is desirable
- Strong communication skills and a high degree of social competence
- You have a native-level proficiency in German & English
- You have a strong passion for coaching and developing your employees
- Nothing works for us without KPI's. We are a strongly KPI-driven company and need your analytical skills
- Your excellent communication skills make it a pleasure to work with you
- Independent, solution-oriented thinking and action, as well as a proactive approach to challenges are particularly important
- You are assertive and can present your ideas well to other departments
