- Für unser Materialwirtschaftszentrum (MWZ) in Hamburg Hausbruch suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine**Standort-Assistenz (m/w/d)**

DEINE AUFGABEN- Erster Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für interne und externe Kunden und alle Belange der Geschäftsstellen
- bzw. Abteilungsleitung
- Empfang und Bewirtung von Besuchern
- Eigenverantwortliche Bürokoordination
- Organisation, Koordination und Nachhalten von internen und externen Terminen
- Unterstützungsfunktion für inhaltliche Aufgaben (z. B. Erstellung von Präsentationen, Listen, Berichten, Führen von Statistiken) und operative Projekte
- Erledigung des Schriftverkehrs und diverse weitere Assistenzaufgaben
- DEIN PROFIL- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Ausbildung in einem kaufmännischen oder administrativen Beruf
- Erste Berufserfahrung aus dem logistischem Umfeld wünschenswert
- Ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität, gute MS Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel) und Grundlagenkenntnisse in SAP
- Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit und eine hohe Ziel-, Ergebnis
- und Serviceorientierung
