You support our team as

Technical Certified (f/m/d)

**Responsibilities**:
Application-technical consulting and support of target customers in Germany as well as the independent preparation of technically complex offers

Development of technical solutions and standardizations for our customers with regard to our Core-Part strategy

Follow-up of offers and execution of independent price negotiations

Determination, recording and maintenance of customer and market information in our CRM system (opportunity management)

Complaint evaluation/processing

Participation in trade fairs / presentation of our company and our products as well as the willingness to travel on business within Germany

Central contact person for our customers, e.g. regarding products, technical solutions

Close cooperation with the German sales force

**Qualifications**:
Completed studies with focus on mechanical engineering, process engineering or industrial engineering and / or technician / master craftsman with relevant experience

Business fluent German as well as good English skills

Strong customer orientation and understanding of the needs and expectations of our customers

Strong communication skills, flexibility and ability to work in a team

Negotiation skills

"Hands-on" mentality, proactive, responsible and structured way of working
