**What you'll be doing**
- Manage the company's entire technology stack, including Google Workspace, Microsoft, and Salesforce platforms.
- Ensuring smooth operation and optimization of our Platforms.
- Leading a team of professionals responsible for various aspects of business systems, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Develop and implement strategies for enhancing and optimizing our technology infrastructure to support the company's growth and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all technical issues related to business systems, providing timely resolution and troubleshooting as needed.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on our business and recommending adoption where appropriate.
- Act as an enterprise architect, designing and implementing scalable and sustainable solutions that align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the overall effectiveness of our business systems.
**What you need to be successful**
- Proven experience of a minimum of 5 years in a similar role overseeing business systems and technology infrastructure in a SaaS environment.
- Strong technical proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Salesforce platforms, with relevant certifications preferred.
- Solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
- Proven track record of driving technology initiatives and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
