**Das erwartet Dich**:

- Du bist verantwortlich für die Umsetzung einer einheitlichen Bildsprache über alle Medienformate und Kommunikationskanäle hinweg (Amazon + weitere Marktplätze, eigener Webshop, Newsletter, Instagram und Facebook)
- Du leitest und entwickelst unser Team (Fotografie, Videografie, Set-Styling, Postproduktion), indem du klare Ziele setzt und die notwendigen Ressourcen und Rahmenbedingungen zur Verfügung stellst
- Du erstellst Briefings für unterschiedliche Medienformate und entwickelst unsere Styleguides in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Brand Management Team
- Du konzipierst und optimierst Arbeitsabläufe in den Bereichen Produktion, Postproduktion und Asset-Management
- Du führst Innovationen in den Bereichen Foto
- und Videoproduktion ein
- Du wirst die Bildsprache von Everbrent durch Deine Expertise maßgeblich und nachhaltig weiterentwickeln.

**Das bringst Du mit**:

- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Produktfotografie und Videoproduktion, idealerweise in den Bereichen Home & Living und E-Commerce
- Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Fotografie, Design, Medien oder Kommunikation ist wünschenswert
- Du hast ein sehr gutes Gespür für moderne Bildsprache
- Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse der Prozessabläufe innerhalb eines Studios
- Du bist erfahren in der Führung eines Teams und verfügst über ausgezeichnete kommunikative und organisatorische Fähigkeiten
- Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in der Adobe Creative Suite.
