Als Head of Knowledge Services wirst Du die Wissensstrategie kontinuierlich erneuern und die damit verbundenen Dienstleistungen und Produkte weiterentwickeln. Dazu gehört auch die Umsetzung der AI-Transformation in diesem Bereich. Gleichzeitig leitest Du ein hochmotiviertes Team von Analysts und Knowledge Brokern in verschiedenen Regionen und Funktionen. Du bringst einen ausgeprägten Servicegedanken gegenüber den Consultants mit.

In dieser Rolle berichtest Du an den CFO der Porsche Consulting GmbH und hast damit die einzigartige Gelegenheit, im Bereich des Knowledge Managements die Dienstleistungen und Produkte einer führenden Unternehmensberatung mitzugestalten und voranzutreiben.

Im Einzelnen bist Du verantwortlich für:

- Führung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung eines hochmotivierten Teams von Analysts und Knowledge Brokern
- Definition und Umsetzung der globalen Knowledge Management Strategie für unser Unternehmen
- Weiterentwicklung des Knowledge Managements, insbesondere auf Grundlage von Marktbeobachtungen sowie Veränderungsprozessen innerhalb und außerhalb unseres Unternehmens
- Leitung des globalen Knowledge Services mit Knowledge Systemen, Kollaborationsplattformen und Research, um sicherzustellen, dass wir bei der Nutzung des intellektuellen Kapitals führend bleiben
- Pflege und Aufbau starker Geschäftsbeziehungen zu den Keyplayern, Kunden und externen Partnern
- Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern und anderen Funktionen unseres Unternehmens, um die effektive Nutzung von Knowledge Services in Entscheidungsprozessen sicherzustellen
- Suche nach Chancen der Zusammenarbeit innerhalb und außerhalb unseres Unternehmens, Unterstützung bei der Bewertung und Durchführbarkeitsanalysen
- Identifizierung und Implementierung von Trends und Chancen im Bereich Knowledge Services, zum Beispiel AI, Datenanalyse, digitale Plattformen, Kollaboration, Wissenstransfer

- Nachgewiesene mehrjährige Erfahrung im Management einer Unternehmensberatung, idealerweise in einer Wissensmanagementfunktion
- Fundierter Hintergrund im Management von (neuen) Technologien und die Fähigkeit, diese zur Verbesserung von Knowledge Managementsystemen und -Prozessen zu nutzen
- Ausgezeichnete Führungsqualitäten mit der Fähigkeit, ein vielfältiges und global verteiltes Team zu inspirieren, zu motivieren und zu fördern
- Ausgeprägtes strategisches, analytisches und kreatives Denken und Handeln mit der Fähigkeit, Probleme zu lösen und Entscheidungen in dem schnelllebigen und dynamischen Umfeld einer Unternehmensberatung zu treffen
- Fähigkeit, Wissensmanagementstrategien mit Geschäftszielen in Einklang zu bringen
- Erfahrung in der Leitung von Transformationsprojekten
- Hervorragende Kommunikations
- und Kollaborationsfähigkeiten, um effektiv mit Stakeholdern auf allen Unternehmensebenen zusammenzuarbeiten
- Ein tiefes Verständnis von Research Methoden und Knowledge Management Prinzipien in einer Unternehmensberatung, fundierte Kenntnisse von Knowledge Technologien, Trends und Methoden
- IT-Affinität und die Fähigkeit, Technologien zur Verbesserung von Knowledge Management Systemen und -prozessen zu nutzen
- Ein Master-Abschluss oder gleichwertiger Abschluss in einem relevanten Bereich wie z.B. Informationswissenschaft, BWL, Management
