**YOUR MISSION**:
**IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL**:

- Collaborate with Instructional Designers to build and deliver training programs for our teams, our customers, and our partners
- Develop engaging live training materials
- Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for internal teams, customers, and partners
- Customize training content to meet the specific needs of different user groups and skill levels
- Collaborate with the Customer Experience and Partnerships teams to organize training with customers and partners
- Maintain a deep understanding of our platform, staying up to date with the latest updates, features, and trends
- Act as a product knowledge resource, providing insight and expertise to internal teams and external stakeholders
- Testing and exploring new products and features in-depth in order to fully understand them
- Gather feedback from training sessions to continuously improve and refine training materials
- Collaborate with product teams to relay user insights and contribute to product improvement based on training experience
- Implement knowledge checks to measure the effectiveness of training programs
- Share insights with Instructional Designers on documentation needs and improvement potential

**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE**:

- 2-5 years of working experience in similar roles
- Natural interest in Web and SaaS products as well as technology in general
- Proven experience in SaaS product training, preferably in a technology-driven environment
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories
- Ability to adapt quickly to new product features and updates
- Business fluent in English (C2)
- Business fluent in German (C2)
