Senior Developer and Engineering Trainer - Golang - Berlin | 85k

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and present interactive, hands-on engineering training sessions in a cloud-native environment.
  • Set up organized, standardized documentation practices across supported teams.
  • Establish consistent coding and integration approaches across various product teams.
  • Collaborate closely within product team workflows, immersing yourself in day-to-day development activities.
  • Actively develop in Golang as a secondary responsibility of your role.


Skills and Qualifications

  • You transform complex, technical topics into engaging, easy-to-follow content.
  • You have proven experience developing, testing, and deploying high-quality code, ideally in Golang.
  • You’re well-versed in web services technologies, including REST and OpenAPI.
  • With solid experience in building Kubernetes operators, controllers, and CRDs, you manage containerized applications with confidence.
  • You have hands-on experience and knowledge in software architecture design.
  • You navigate cloud environments with ease and efficiency.
  • You’re proactive about learning new skills and acquiring new knowledge independently.
