**The role - your passion**
- You are in charge of the entire Controlling and FP&A team, leading a team of 7 people.
- You own the company business plan and drive financial forecasting, KPI analysis and performance tracking.
- You are in charge of building and implementing as well as improving cross-functional processes (e.g., effective budgeting).
- You take on critical company-wide analyses and act as sparring partner for key stakeholders.
- You support the preparation of financing rounds (Due Diligence, Scenario Modelling, etc.) and ongoing investor relations.

**What you need to surf the wave with us**
- Outstanding records of academic achievement in either the fields of Economics or any other field of academia + a corresponding advanced financial education.
- Several years of experience in top-tier investment banking, consulting, or Controlling/FP&A, with a strong financial focus. Experience in a fast-moving scale-up is a plus.
- Intuitive understanding of what drives a business model in a given market - also the ability to validate by using financial and commercial data.
- Outstanding financial modelling skills, in particular using Excel.
- Excellence in stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fully proficient in English. German language skills will be considered an asset.
