**Quality Control Specialist (m/w/d)**

**Welche** **Aufgaben** **erwarten** **Sie** **b**ei** **uns?**:

- Durchführung, Auswertung und Bewertung von Qualitätskontrolltests an Rohstoffen, Endprodukten und Zwischenprodukten, entsprechend den Qualitätsstandards
- Führen von Aufzeichnungen zur Qualitätskontrolle, einschließlich der Dokumentation von Prüfverfahren, Prüfergebnissen und anderen Qualitätskontrolldaten
- Rechtzeitige und sorgfältige Bereitstellung und Pflege von internen Spezifikationsdokumenten, Ressourcen, Lagerorten und Archiven
- Durchführung von Datenanalysen und regelmäßige Berichterstattung der Ergebnisse an das Management
- Sicherstellung routinemäßiger, angemessener und termingerechter Qualitätskontrollen aller biologisch aktiven Rohstoffe, Zwischenprodukte sowie inhäusig hergestellter Produkte, um sicherzustellen, dass sie den festgelegten Qualitätsstandards und regulatorischen Anforderungen entsprechen.
- Überwachung und Analyse von Qualitätskontrolldaten, um Trends und verbesserungswürdige Bereiche zu identifizieren.
- Unterstützung funktionsübergreifender Teams, um Korrekturmaßnahmen zu implementieren und zukünftige Qualitätsprobleme zu vermeiden.
- Führen genauer und detaillierter Aufzeichnungen über Qualitätskontrollaktivitäten
- Generierung von Freigabedokumenten (Zertifikaten)
- Unterstützung der Abteilungsleitung bei der Optimierung von Qualitäts-, Prozess-, Produkt-, und Projektbereichen
- Teilnahme an internen und externen Audits des Qualitätssystems für Labordiagnostik.
- Überblick über relevante regulatorische Anforderungen und Best Practices der Branche.

**Das** **bringen** **Sie** **mit**:

- Bachelor
- oder Masterabschluss in Medizintechnik, Biologie, Chemie oder einem verwandten Bereich.
- Erfahrung in der Qualitätskontrolle in der Labordiagnostik von Vorteil.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der labordiagnostischen Testmethoden und Qualitätssicherungs
- und kontrollverfahren.
- Vertrautheit mit relevanten regulatorischen Anforderungen wie FDA, CLIA und ISO.
- Erfahrung mit statistischer Analysesoftware von Vorteil.
