**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Als Projektleiter für HVDC Control & Protection Hardware arbeiten Sie in einem Team von HVDC-Projektmanagement
- und Technikspezialisten, um vollständige HVDC-Regelungs
- und Schutzlösungen für Netzanschlüsse von Windparks und Interkonnektoren zu entwerfen und zu liefern
- Liefern von technischen Arbeitspaketen in Übereinstimmung mit den Projekt
- und Geschäftszielen
- Verantwortung für die Angebotserstellung und Projektabwicklung für die Hardware von Leittechnik und Schutzsystemen (Control & Protection) für Hochspannungsgleichstromübertragungsanlagen (HGÜ) in Bezug auf Termine, Kosten und Qualität
- Fachliche Leitung des C&P Hardware Angebots-/Auftragsabwicklungsteams und enge Abstimmung mit der Projektleitung und den Fachexperten aus verschiedenen Hardware Engineering Gebieten
- Verantwortung für die Planung, Überwachung und Steuerung der Angebots-/Auftragsabwicklung inklusive technischer Konzeptionierung, Abgrenzung des Lieferumfangs, Termin-/Ressourcenplanung, Kostenermittlung, Mitkalkulation, Qualitätskontrolle sowie Management von Chancen und Risiken
- Zuständigkeit für die Vergabe von Unteraufträgen sowie das Berichtswesen, Informationsmanagement, Revision und Auftragsabschluss und die Durchführung von Prozess
- und Designreviews

**Ihr Profil**:

- Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik, Elektrische Energietechnik oder vergleichbar
- Berufserfahrung sowie Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Erfahrung in Umrichtertechnik, Hochspannungstechnik und Leittechnik
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse in der HGÜ-Technologie sowie der Anlagentechnik
- Weitreichende Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen sowie PM-Tools
- Da Sie in einem internationalen Umfeld agieren, kommunizieren Sie verhandlungssicher in deutscher und englischer Sprache
- Idealerweise können Sie interkulturelle Erfahrung vorweisen und besitzen die Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen (Kundenklärung, IBS-Unterstützung)
