**A Snapshot of Your Day**

As a Sub-ProjectManager, you will lead a team of HVDC engineering specialists to design anddeliver full HVDC control and protection solutions for both wind farm gridconnections and interconnectors making use of a new transient network analysis laboratory.

You will reportto the overall Project Management and the HVDC CP organization and will berequired to manage engineering work packages in line with project and businessobjectives.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Responsibilityfor the preparation of offers and project management of control technology andprotection systems (Control & Protection) for high-voltage direct currenttransmission systems (HVDC) regarding deadlines, costs, and quality
- Technicalmanagement of the C&P offer / order processing team as well as closecoordination with project management, project leads and experts from the fieldsof study preparation, software, and hardware engineering as well as testplanning and implementation
- Responsibilityfor planning, monitoring, and controlling the offer / order processingincluding technical conception, delimitation of the scope of delivery,scheduling / resource planning, costing, calculation, quality control as wellas management of opportunities and risks
- Responsiblefor subcontracting
- Responsiblefor reporting, information management, revision, and order completion as wellas implementation of process and design reviews

**What You Bring**
- Successfully completed universitydegree in electrical engineering, electrical power engineering or comparablewith a standard duration of > 4 years
- Several years of professionalexperience as well as experience in project management
- Technically knowledgeable in theareas of converter technology, high voltage technology and control technology
- Knowledge of HVDC technology andplant engineering are ideal
- Business fluent communication inEnglish, with German preferable
- Intercultural experience is ideal aswell as willingness to go on business trips (customer clarification, commissioningsupport)
