Als Operations Coordinator* stellst du den stabilen Betrieb unserer Cloud-Apps auf der SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) sicher. Du kümmerst dich um das rechtzeitige und qualitativ hochwertige Störungsmanagement und führst kontinuierlich Verbesserungsmaßnahmen zur Unterstützung unserer Prozesse und Betriebsmodelle durch. In deinem abwechslungsreichen Arbeitsalltag bearbeitest und verteilst du die verschiedenen Kundenanfragen und arbeitest dabei eng mit dem Projektmanagement und der Softwareentwicklung zusammen. **Deine Aufgaben bei sovanta**
- Du bist zuständig für die unabhängige Sicherstellung des System
- und Anwendungsbetriebs entlang des Lebenszyklus unserer Anwendungen und Softwareprodukte
- Du stehst in enger Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen und Funktionen, um die Verfügbarkeit der SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) und der eingesetzten Services zu gewährleisten, einschließlich der Überwachung der Anwendungen, die darauf betrieben werden
- Du koordinierst Service-Management-Aktivitäten in einer globalen, heterogenen Support-Struktur und arbeitest eng mit dem Entwicklungsteam zusammen, um die Einhaltung der Qualität zu gewährleisten
- Du reproduzierst Softwarefehler und unterstützt dabei das Entwicklungsteam bei der Fehleranalyse
- Um den ordnungsgemäßen Betrieb und eine maximale Betriebszeit zu gewährleisten, treibst du die Automatisierung und Standardisierung maßgeblich voran
- Du bist für die Sicherstellung der funktionalen und technischen Dokumentation und wissensbasierter Artikel verantwortlich
- Nicht zuletzt erstellst und pflegst du die Betriebskonzepte

**Damit punktest du bei uns**
- Du hast einen Hochschulabschluss der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, der BWL, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- Du bringst Berufserfahrung im Beratungs
- oder Projektmanagementgeschäft in nationalen oder internationalen IT-Projekten mit oder hast Erfahrung im Service-Management gesammelt
- Idealerweise kennst dich aus mit DevOps Methoden und hast bereits Erfahrung mit IT-Service-Management nach ITIL gesammelt
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, Eskalationswege innerhalb der Organisation zu managen, zeichnen dich aus
- Du verfügst über eine service
- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe gepaart mit einer analytischen und methodischen Herangehensweise zur Erfüllung von SLAs
- Du bringst eine grundsätzliche Bereitschaft mit, nach vorheriger Einplanung Support auch außerhalb der gewöhnlichen Arbeitszeiten zu leisten, um die Betriebszeiten unserer Kunden abzudecken
- Du liebst es, dich mit unterschiedlichen Technologien zu beschäftigen
- Kenntnisse im Bereich von SAP-Lösungen sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
