Subcontractor Coordinator

A Subcontractor Coordinator is responsible for managing the entire project life-cycle in which External Auditors or Experts are involved including maintaining the financial and technical data in the IT production system. The coordinator will work closely with all operational departments to ensure consistent Project Management and to maintain a reliable information flow. 

Main responsibilities:

Responsible for the information flow between the Notified Body DNV MEDCERT and all subcontractors Supporting coordination activities whenever external auditors are involved in the conformity assessment Controlling the use of subcontractors while developing and applying relevant process KPIs Escalation management incl. management of countermeasures in the event of project deviations Managing Audit documentation in our production system as well as Non-Conformity Management Ensuring that invoices from the external auditors (hours/costs) are properly managed Managing process improvements regarding the use of subcontrators in Europe.
