**Your Responsibilities**:
Key Activities & Responsibilities:

- Planning and implementation of research and development projects including publication activities in the field of business administration
- Advising and supervising students
- Grading student work, supervising seminars, projects, bachelor, master and doctoral theses
- Establishing partnerships with companies and institutions to further grow the network of the University at the Berlin location
- Administrative activities and committee work
- Advising prospective students

**Your profile**:

- Experience in teaching the basics of Corporate Management, Human Resource Management, Organization and/or Leadership. Experience in teaching advanced versions of these courses is an advantage.
- Work experience in the areas of Corporate Management, Human Resource Management, Organizational Development and/or Leadership
- Ability to teach courses in English language
- Ability to teach courses in German language is an advantage
- Publication and research activity desired
- Strong ability to communicate and work in a team
- Organizational skills and eagerness to work together to advance the success and growth of the University

Requirements for professorship:

- University studies completed with a master’s degree
- Proof of extraordinary qualification for scientific work in the form of an outstanding doctorate and/or outstanding scientific publications
- Qualified professional experience in the field of the professorship, at least three years, two of them outside of a university
