Als Recruiting-Partner der Fossil Group Europe suchen wir genau Dich als **Trade Marketing Specialist DACH (w/m/d)** zur Verstärkung des Teams im Headquater in Grabstätten oder für den Digital Hub in Berlin. In dieser Rolle unterstützt Du den Trade Marketing Manager und bist Teil des Commercial/Marketing/GTM Business-Teams, das gemeinsam an strategischen Kundenplänen arbeitet. Du bist auch dafür verantwortlich, das Marketingbudget zu verwalten, Zeitpläne zu erstellen und Ergebnisse von Kampagnen zu bewerten, um Empfehlungen zur Verbesserung zu machen. **Was Du tun wirst**
- Design und Durchführung von Trade-Marketing-Plänen auf der Grundlage des Coop-Marketing-Budgets, der globalen Strategie und der lokalen kommerziellen/Kunden-Ziele, um den Verkauf zu fördern.
- Eigenverantwortliche Planung und Koordination des Trade-Marketing-Kalenders für alle Marken im Land in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Business-Team.
- Einreichen von landesspezifischen Anforderungen zu Beginn des Marketing-Budget-/Planungsprozesses.
- Unterstützung des Trade Marketing Managers und der Finanzabteilung durch die Überwachung des Marketing-Budgets nach Marke und auf GL-Code-Ebene während des Jahres und die Mitwirkung am Budgetierungsprozess.
- Zusammenarbeit mit wichtigen Kunden bei der Erstellung von jährlichen Marketingplänen, um die saisonalen Marketingpakete von Fossil zu nutzen und ROI zu maximieren.
- Erstellung von kreativen Briefings für Ihre Kampagnen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem internen Design-Team über alle Marken hinweg.
- Sammeln von Ergebnissen, Analyse, Teilen und Vorschlagen von Verbesserungen für zukünftige Aktionen.

**Was Dich für den Job auszeichnet**
- Erste Berufserfahrung in einer Position als (Trade) Marketing-Assistent:in, im Digitalen Marketing oder ähnlich
- Erfahrung in interdisziplinären, multikulturellen In-Store
- und/oder Online-Einzelhandelsumgebungen von Konsum
- oder Lifestyle-Produkten
- Anwenderkenntnisse mit MS Office und/oder Google Produkten
- Kommerzielle Denkweise; klarer Fokus auf der Steigerung von Verkaufszahlen bei wichtigen Kunden
- Starke organisatorische, kommunikative und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten
- Analytische Fähigkeiten
- Fähigkeit zum Multitasking und proaktiven Handeln
- Ge: C1 - Fachkundige Sprachkenntnisse
- En: B2 - Selbständige Sprachverwendung
