**Overview**:

**Duration**: Limited contract

**Your mission**:
As the Program Coordinator of the ReDI Kids Program in Berlin, you will be part of the ReDI Kids Program, which provides digital education to kids and youth from underserved and marginalised communities in order to foster inclusion. As part of your role, you will contribute to the operations and strategic development of the program and work closely in a team of 3 people and a wonderful community of volunteers.

Your areas of responsibility will include fundraising to support the continuation of the program, the recruitment, and coordination of the community (children and volunteer teachers), partnerships management, on-site support and backoffice tasks.

**Your tasks**:
You will be in charge of:

- Recruitment and selection of volunteer teachers for the program,
- Recruitment and selection of learners for the courses,
- Running course operations on-site,
- Supporting in coordination tasks such as keeping attendance records, managing learner and volunteer data and documenting new processes,
- Contributing to shaping the project strategy and development,
- Supporting with social media and communications.

**Your profile**:

- Passion for the fields of child education, tech and social integration
- ** Fluent in German and English**:

- Excellent organisational skills
- Experience in event organisation
- Experience in volunteer management
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to fast-changing situations
- Experience working in multicultural contexts
- Availability to work on Sundays and evenings during the week
- Ideally: experience with fundraising and partner management
