Die Service Organisation Large Scale Central Europa ist verantwortlich für die Dienstleistungserbringung remote oder vor Ort bei unseren Kunden. Die Organisation wird vertreten durch Service Techniker, Kundenberater, Monitoring Experten, Asset sowie Partner Manager, Dispatcher und Administration, die sich gemeinsam um alle Servicebelange unserer Projektkunden kümmern.

**Dein Beitrag für das große Ganze**
- Die selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Inbetriebnahme, Reparatur und Wartung von komplexen PV- Großanlagen und Systemen (z. B. Batteriespeichern) mit Zentralwechselrichtern inkl. Einrichtung der Kommunikation, Steuerung und Überwachung auf Anlagenebene sowie der dazugehörigen Tests gehört zu Deinen Aufgaben
- Du übernimmst die Fehleranalyse und Bewertung der Ergebnisse vor Ort sowie prozessgestützte Eskalation neu auftretender Probleme/Situationen zur schnellstmöglichen Lösungsfindung
- Du bist verantwortlich für die systemgestützte Rückmeldung und Dokumentation der ausgeführten Aufträge
- Die fachliche Führung und Koordination von lokalen Teams oder z. B. Subunternehmern, Service Dienstleistern, etc. obliegt Dir
- Du nimmst regelmäßig an Qualifizierungs-/Schulungsmaßnahmen teil und stellst einen gegenseitigen Wissentransfers innerhalb des Teams (best practice) sicher

**Deine Fähigkeiten sind gefragt**
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im elektrotechnischen Bereich
- Kenntnisse der PV Technik, Netzwerk
- oder Mittelspannungstechnik sind wünschenswert
- Führerschein Klasse B
- Flexibilität/Reisebereitschaft und Teamgeist
- Englischlevel B2
