**For our site in Hamburg we are looking for a Project Management Coordinator (M/F/d)**

**What You’ll Do**
- Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments
- Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors
- Under project manager supervision responsible for creation and completion of assigned project management deliverables, establishes work break down structures for assigned projects and manages completion of single tasks from end-to-end
- Provides data to project managers or stakeholders to facilitate technical discussions and decision making
- Is responsible for the achievement of assigned project deliverables. Coordinates project team tasks and strives to improve inter-departmental communication
- Regularly communicates project status updates, as well as early warnings, and elevations to respective stakeholders, especially when project elements are not performing per plan.
- Supports identification and definition of mitigating actions

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- University degree in a Life Science or Engineering or technical Business Administration discipline
- Even though its’ an entry level position previous extracurricular activities desired
- Experienced User and working with MS Office
- Must have excellent verbal and written English and German communication skills, with ability to communicate to different levels of the organization
