We’re a FoodTech scale-up with over £25 Million of funding, and we want to revolutionise food delivery through the licensing of ‘virtual’ food brands (brands designed for delivery), operated by anyone that runs a commercial kitchen - we think there’s about 70,000 of them in the UK. We've grown massively in a short period of time and have operations in the UK, USA, France and UAE. We offer kitchen operators everything they need to sell our brands through delivery Apps whilst continuing to service their core customers. In short, we’re defining the future of the food delivery market Nobody’s growing as fast as us in the UK, and we’re looking for great people to join us on our journey.

We are currently looking for a
**Business Development Lead **for the German, Swiss and French region. This role can be based in London (HQ), Hamburg, Berlin, Munich or Frankfurt area (remote work possible). You will oversee a team of Business Development Specialists in those markets while having a proactive and hands-on approach in doing sales yourself. Your tasks will be:
**Be a leader**:

- Manage the local sales effortsBe the link between German/Swiss Sales & the rest of the PWB business
- Be voice of the German Sales at PWB - KPI tracking, quarterly planning - champion the DE/CH/FR market, make sure you get the resources you need, and get support/excitement for your market from the central team
- Show responsibility for optimising KPIs, e.g. cost per sale, ratio of calls to appointments, ratio of appointments to sales

**Project management skills**:

- Implement & localise PWB initiatives in local market - eg. restaurant pitch, trade shows, etc.
- Ensuring a perfect start for our partners and managing onboarding with platforms and with our supply chain partners
- Start projects to optimise key sales figures
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure a high level of inbound requests (e. g. online marketing campaigns)

- Be a fixer; you are able to take a problem and find creative solutions to it quickly
- Be resourceful - find solutions both internally (by asking the right stakeholders and leveraging learnings in other markets) and externally (being creative with outreach and your network)
- Be hands-on - take it into your own hands when it is necessary to achieve your results (e.g. sales calls)

**Sell our proposition**:

- You’re the face of our business and our ambassador to the world. Sell our proposition to interested parties and convert them into new Franchisees
- Guide our sales content: you know the messages, pitch, and selling points that help us land new business, so help us get this into our decks
- Work our sales channels: we have high Inbound demand from PPC and social media, so help us convert these leads over the phone. We need you to be comfortable in your ability to sell by by phone, social networking, and in person
- Enforce our sales rules: we want and need our partners to succeed, and the best way to do this is to ensure we match the right brand to their operations - follow the playbook and explain our system.

**Requirements**:

- You’re a natural leader and have experience managing and developing a sales team
- You’re results driven with a track record of meeting individual targets, while ensuring team targets are met
- You’re confident in approaching restaurant owners by phone, social networking, whatever means necessary
- You’re organised and have great attention to detail as those little details do really matter
- You have a high level of resilience and motivation to succeed
- You’re a people person and can build long lasting relationships
- You’re excited to work in a high growth, fast-paced startup environment
- You’re passionate about food. Previous start-up and/or hospitality/restaurant experience is a bonus
- You're fluent in German and English (French language skills would be a benefit)
