**My duties**
- Act as a sparring partner to our Director Accounting
- Provide leadership to our accountants and constantly train the team
- Be responsible for reviewing, correcting and securing current accounting records
- Be responsible for the preparation and submission of VAT and ZM declarations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (completeness check of booked sales, p-plausibility check of transaction data, sample check, report preparation, ad-hoc analyses, etc.)
- Sparring partner for Finance & Controlling, Operations, IT, Sales and Procurement
- Proactively and continuously develop existing processes (especially on and in our ERP system as well as in the continuous involvement and development of the closing process)

**My qualifications**
- Degree in business administration and/or further training as an certified accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter*in) or assistant tax consultant (Steuerfachangestellte*r)
- Experience in finance and accounting in an (international) company with work experience in -HGB; IFRS is a plus
- As a team player, you are committed to a sense of togetherness and professional exchange, guaranteeing -constant further development of your team and communication at eye level
- You have a fluent language proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics BC365 is a plus
