What You’ll Do
- Disziplinarisch und fachlich führen Sie ein junges, innovatives Konstruktionsteam.
- In Ihrem Arbeitsumfeld entwickeln und prüfen Sie technisch anspruchsvolle Anlagen
- und Maschinenkonzepte, kreative Detaillösungen sowie die dazugehörigen Berechnungen.
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die beste konstruktive Lösung zu sorgen, um gemeinsam mit den nachfolgenden Gewerken in den Gigafactories weltweit unsere Produktionsanlagen installieren zu können.
- In Ihrer Führungsrolle gehört die Erstellung von Ressourcen
- und Terminplänen sowie die Durchführung von regelmäßigen Mitarbeiter
- und Beurteilungsgesprächen ebenso zu Ihren Aufgaben, wie die Einarbeitung, Unterweisung und Schulung Ihrer Mitarbeiter.
- Außerdem arbeiten Sie abteilungsübergreifend eng mit allen relevanten Bereichen im Konzern zusammen.

What You’ll Bring
- Ihr Maschinenbaustudium (FH oder HS) mit Schwerpunkt Konstruktionstechnik haben Sie abgeschlossen.
- Sehr gerne bringen Sie vergleichbare Qualifikationen in Kombination mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung von Anlagen im Sondermaschinenbau mit.
- Dabei begeistern Sie uns mit Ihren fundierten Kenntnissen in CAD (AutoCAD 2D; Solid Works, CATIA V5).
- Durch Ihre Erfahrungen als zielorientierte und kooperative Führungspersönlichkeit können Sie gleichzeitig Aufgaben delegieren und Ihre Mitarbeiter motivieren.
- Als Organisationstalent glänzen Sie durch Ihre lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, planerischen und konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten sowie Ihrer sehr gute Kommunikation (auch in englischer Sprache) mit internen & externen Ansprechpartnern.
- Die Bereitschaft (inter-) national zu reisen und den soliden Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen setzen wir voraus.
