- Wir arbeiten in einer sehr flachen Netzwerkorganisation und dabei wirst du mit allen Führungspersonen von DIGITALBERATUNG und der MAI Group zusammenarbeiten.

**Deine Aufgabenfelder**:

- Du bist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Implementierung nutzerzentrierter Service-Lösungen, von der Recherche bis hin zur Prototypenerstellung mit unseren UX Designer:innen und deren Implementierung.
- Du planst und führst Workshops mit Kunden und interdisziplinären Teams durch, um gemeinsam innovative Lösungsansätze zu entwickeln.
- Du berätst unsere Kunden hinsichtlich Service Design und der Optimierung ihrer Geschäftsmodelle durch innovative Serviceangebote.
- Du analysierst Nutzerbedürfnisse, identifizierst Pain Points und erstellst detaillierte Customer Journeys, Personas sowie Service Blueprints.
- Du bist ein Teamplayer und arbeitest eng mit UX-Designern, Entwicklern, Beratern und Kunden zusammen, um die besten Ergebnisse zu erzielen.
- Du moderierst Workshops unter Anwendung von Kreativmethoden, und bist Facilitator für kundenzentrierte Designprozesse.

- Du kannst komplexe Zusammenhänge verstehen, analysieren und innovative Lösungsansätze entwickeln, die sowohl den Nutzer als auch die Geschäftsziele im Blick behalten.
- Du hast einen Blick für Details.
- Mit deiner Lösungsorientierung, Überzeugungskraft und sicheren Auftreten kannst du mit unseren Kunden neue Service konzipieren.
- Du bist neugierig für Trends, Neuheiten und technologischen Standards in der Digitalisierung.
- Du hast eine hohe soziale Kompetenz und Offenheit.
- Du besitzt ein analytisches Verständnis.
- Du hast mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in Customer Experience & Service Design, Prozess Design oder Business Analyse.
- Dein Deutsch ist fließend in Wort & Schrift (mindestens C1), und auch in englischer Sprache bist du verhandlungssicher.
