**Job Description**:
The role brings you
- Together with us you are pursuing a mission: Identify the needs and problems of our users and offer them the best experience on our portal and in our apps
- You support us in organizing, conducting and evaluating interviews, users tests and workshops
- You conduct independent interviews with our users
- You bring together findings from quantitative and qualitative research methods and help when deriving recommendations for action
- You maintain and manage our internal feedback database
- You take on organizational and administrative tasks, e.g. for our monthly interview Format "Test n Coffee”
- You support market and competition analyses
- You are part of a dedicated and motivated research team
- You work closely with product teams to ensure that the findings of our evaluations are incorporated into the Product development

**Qualifications**:
What We Envision from You
- You are studying sociology, psychology, media studies, e-commerce or comparable courses
- You possess a keen interest in actively participating in the realms of user experience research, market research, or user-centric design
- You are communicative, open and committed
- You are fluent in English and German
- Your work is goal-oriented, independent and structured
- You are internet savvy and have good knowledge of Google Suite
