**The **European Regional Senior Marketing Director** is responsible for Hach’s Marketing initiatives and campaigns in EU. The successful Director will lead the development of the EU growth strategy and partner with EU Sales and Service leaders to drive disciplined execution of commercial growth initiatives, including product launches and regional campaigns. This position reports to the P&L leader for Hach’s European business.**:

**Are you qualified?**:

- **10+ years with relevant senior-level experience in Marketing or Product Management with experience leading a regional marketing team, preferably in Europe**:

- ** Must have a high level of strategic agility, excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills, and demonstrated abilities to drive innovation.**:

- ** Significant experience with financial modeling and business case development as well as with KPI measurement and analytics.**:

- ** Has a solid understanding of the Europe water quality market: products, players, technologies, and contacts**:

- ** Understands the complexity of business needs and decision drivers within an organization. Must be able to consider available facts, constraints, competitive circumstances and probable consequences and distill these into actionable recommendations.**:

- ** Examples of delivering results and driving strategic leadership within large-scale organizations.**:
