Head of Legal (w/m/d) in Berlin/München/remote

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Leitung der Rechtsabteilung
- Beratung der Geschäftsführung und der Fachabteilungen zu allen juristischen Themen mit den Schwerpunkten Corporate / Refinanzierung (u.a. ABS), Commercial und regulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen
- Betreuung und Organisation von due diligences und Finanzierungsrunden
- Rechtliche Betreuung des Geschäftsmodells "asset as a service" im B2B-Umfeld
- Interne juristische Betreuung und Koordination von externen Anwälten
- Akquise, Betreuung und Ausbau der Lieferantenbeziehung mit Kanzleien
- Verantwortung des Budgets und Aufbau einer Abteilung von zwei bis drei Kollegen in den kommenden zwei Jahren

**Das bringst du mit**:

- 5+ Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Großkanzlei sowie mindestens einer internen Rechtsabteilung
- Erste Führungserfahrung ist von Vorteil
- Vollständige juristische Qualifikation einschließlich zweites juristisches Staatsexamen
- Strategisches Denken und Geschäftssinn verbunden mit unternehmerischem Denken und einem hohen Maß an Engagement
- Startup-Erfahrung: sei es durch eigene Gründung, in der anwaltlichen Beratung, als Mitarbeiter in der internen Rechtsabteilung oder mit Startups als Kunden oder Dienstleistern
- Ehrgeiz, in den kommenden Jahren eine starke Rechtsabteilung zu leiten, zu entwickeln und auszubauen
- Fließende Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse, weitere europäische Sprachen von Vorteil
