We are looking for a
**Business Development Intern** to join the Project Partnering team in Berlin. In this role you will support our Project Partner to quickly and successfully staff client projects. Moreover you will help us document our processes and take on your own projects. You will be part of a rapidly growing scale-up as you work in an exciting cross-cultural and international environment.

**Key responsibilities ✨**:

- Work together with our Project Partners from different business units and support them with filling our clients' projects in the best possible way
- Understand the requirements of the requested profiles and independently search for suitable freelancers on social media channels (LinkedIn, Xing)
- Support us with different strategic projects (e.g. data quality, setting up trainings, workshop preparation etc.)
- Document our existing and new processes to ensure knowledge sharing and to improve the onboarding process of new colleagues

**About you ‍**:

- You look for a gap year or end-of-study internship for your degree
- You are creative, organised, independent and result oriented - Malt interns don't make coffee, they work on challenging projects and take responsibility for them
- Ideally you bring first experience in the field of project management, business development or recruitment
- You speak German on a native level and are fluent in English
- You are available for 6 months (at least 5 months)

**How to join the mission?**:

- First call with Aleksandra (Talent Acquisition Manager) to better understand your background, aspirations and answer any questions you may have. (20-30 minutes)
- Interview with your future manager Kristin (Squad Manager) to delve into your experience and the specifics of the role. (30 minutes)
- Role play & final interview with Pascal (Head of Community, Project Partnering & CX DACH). (30min)
