Timeless, genuine, Italian. Bardele is shaped by integrity, quality, and consistency - a place where good food, a nice setting, and thoughtful service come together seamlessly. Our team will open the brand-new bar, dining rooms, and kitchen, located in Mitte at Auguststrasse 36, for the first time at the end of October 2024.
We will open five days per week. We are hiring for a few remaining positions.

Unser Team wird die brandneue Bar, Restaurant und Küche in der Auguststraße 36 in Mitte Ende Oktober 2024 zum ersten Mal eröffnen.
Wir werden fünf Tage in der Woche geöffnet haben. Wir stellen noch einige wenige Stellen ein.
Aufgaben
**Your responsibilities and tasks**:
Taking responsibility for the preparation of the necessary mise en place
Welcoming and attending to guests in a manner that suits them
Understanding and communicating the menu and its contents, as well as the restaurant’s values
Providing prompt and attentive food and beverage service
Working closely with members of the kitchen team
Maintaining cleanliness of the dining rooms throughout and following service
Resolving customer issues with friendly concern
Working in a close team and supporting teammates, enabling growth
Taking an interest in and learning about the restaurant’s dishes (including ingredients and sourcing) and wine list
Assisting with other requirements set out by the restaurant manager

Übernahme der Verantwortung für die Vorbereitung der notwendigen Mise en place
Begrüßung und Betreuung der Gäste in einer ihnen angemessenen Weise
Verstehen und Vermitteln der Menükarte und ihrer Inhalte sowie der Werte des Restaurants
Schnelle und aufmerksame Bedienung von Speisen und Getränken
enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Kollegen in der Küche
Die Sauberkeit der Gasträume während und nach dem Service aufrechtzuerhalten
Lösung von Kundenanliegen mit freundlicher Aufmerksamkeit
Arbeit in einem engen Team und Unterstützung der Teamkollegen, um Wachstum zu ermöglichen
Interesse an den Gerichten des Restaurants (einschließlich der Zutaten und der Beschaffung) und der Weinkarte zu zeigen und sich darüber zu informieren
Unterstützung bei anderen Anforderungen, die vom Restaurantleiter festgelegt werden
Qualifikation
You will be fundamental to our growing team and take on a primary position in the restaurant. We are looking for someone who shares our:

Passion for hospitality, craft, and serving guests
Flexibility and concern for others
Structured working and attention to detail
Reliability and ability to work under pressure
Good knowledge of German and English
Proven experience is needed.
Some knowledge of Italian is a plus.
