Entrepreneur in Residence for a New Project

We are planning to venture into an entirely new product that will leverage some of our existing relationships. For this new product, we are looking for an experienced business lead to build up the business unit and work closely with a product and tech lead to make it a success.

**Responsibilities**
- You work closely with our CEO, a dedicated product lead and a team of engineers to develop an entirely new product
- You take end to end ownership of this new business unit, its strategy and its P&L from day 1 through MVP, finding product market fit and scaling up
- You strive to deeply understand the current and emerging needs of publishers in the gaming market, particularly in user acquisition. You utilize this understanding to create an offering that will ensure the success of game publishers and will make users happy
- You leverage your knowledge and existing network to establish new lasting relationships with game publishers. You attend important industry events to get the word out on the new product and build lasting partnerships
- You manage your business unit like a startup, assessing the needs for growth or adaptation of your team in order to execute on your strategy and reach the goals you set for the unit together with our CEO and executive team

**Requirements**:

- You have 4-5 years of experience with leading business teams or a business unit with your own P&L in a highly dynamic start-up environment
- You have 4-5 years of experience in gaming or digital advertising industries
- You are a generalist with a very hands-on approach. You don’t shy away from doing the necessary to get your business unit off the ground
- You are a precise and goal-oriented communicator with the ability to communicate strategically with external stakeholders such as customers & suppliers, as well as different internal teams including the executive team
- You have experience with B2B sales and ideally, with a track record of leading and growing B2B sales or business development teams
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to build a small organization within a larger one
