**Transport Coordinator (m/w/d)**:
Der Standort Mannheim ist mit 1200 Mitarbeitern in der Produktion, der größte europäische Produktionsstandort von Essity. Der Standort betreibt als einziger eine integrierte Produktion, d.h. der gesamte Verarbeitungsprozess vom Rohstoff Holz und Stroh bis hin zu fertigen Hygienepapieren findet vor Ort statt.

**Deine Aufgabenschwerpunkte**:

- Koordination aller beteiligten Parteien, um die Lieferung unserer Produkte sicherzustellen. Bindeglied zwischen den Essity Business Bereichen, SmartHub und allen angeschlossenen Spediteuren.
- Aufnahme und lösen aller Business-, Prozess
- und IT-Schnittstellen-Probleme im Tagesgeschäft.
- Unterstützung von SmartHub Services im kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess (CIP) basierend auf betrieblichen Prozess
- und/oder Service Verbesserungen gemeinsam verfolgt mit dem CIP-Team von SmartHub.
- Sicherstellung der Verteilung taktischer Volumenpläne (1-3 Monate) an alle relevanten Prozessbeteiligten.
- Nachverfolgung von Logistik-KPI’s.
- Umsetzung und vorantreiben der Spot-Market Sourcing-Strategy zusammen mit SmartHub.

**Du bringst mit**:

- Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger, relevanter Berufserfahrung in Logistik und Supply Chain Management.
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Bereichen (Vertrieb und Logistik) und in der Projektarbeit.
- Selbständiges Arbeiten und sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten.
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in deutscher und englischer Sprache.
- Kenntnisse von Bl, SAP SD, Transporeon (u.a. TISLOT, Best carrier), TMS, WMS.
