Job Title: Logistics Operations Coordinator

As a pivotal figure in our organization, you will serve as the primary contact for employees, visitors, and external partners, ensuring smooth operations at our facilities. Your role involves managing access to the site and familiarizing all individuals with essential safety protocols.

Your Responsibilities:
  • You will operate across multiple locations, ensuring seamless coordination.
  • You will regulate entry to the facility, maintain an accurate visitor register, and guide external partners on site regulations.
  • You will oversee the weighing station, ensuring precise measurement of incoming and outgoing materials, proper waste classification, and thorough documentation of all transactions.
  • You will manage financial transactions and ensure timely financial reconciliations.
  • You will also assist with various administrative tasks, including organizing events, distributing mail, and managing the telephone system.
Your Profile:
  • You are recognized for your dependability, attention to detail, proactive approach, collaborative spirit, and strong communication skills.
  • You possess a relevant qualification, such as a degree in logistics or a related field, and are proficient in MS Office, with potential experience in SAP.
