Intern () Transformation and Change

**Your tasks**:
- As an Intern of Transformation and Change, you will gain experience in change management design and execution and support transformation workstreams that helps Global Spend Management to deliver values and contribute to the success of DB Schenker.
- You will take over responsibility for specific projects, e.g. support GSM Ambition execution via OKR (Objectives-Key Results) methodology, coordinate/support insourcing/outsourcing projects, improve GSM communication platforms, design and implementation of future skills development.
- You will have a change to develop your tech savvy skill e.g. MS Office, Project Management tool, Workpath, etc.
- In addition, you will have the opportunity to actively support global initiatives and work with colleagues from Global Procurement and Global Real Estate Management around the world.
- You will support the team in service transition activities in preparation of country rollouts, project management tasks (e.g. alignments with key-stakeholders from other departments) and ad-hoc requests from the management
**Requirements**:
- We look for motivated and dedicated graduates who wish to kickstart their career together with us.- University degree in the specific business field for Procurement/Real Estate Management, Human Resources, Communication, Information Systems or Logistics.
- High affinity for technology
- Inquisitive to learn new topics
- Actions-oriented, passionate on continuous improvement
- Have a strong analytical and organizational working style
- Well-developed communication skills (incl. Microsoft 365) and an affinity for power point and other communication tools
- Positive personality who loves to work in a fast-moving scale-up environment with different people around the globe to be able to work on eye-level with all relevant business partners
- Able to work autonomously and effectively at all levels in a fully international organization and claim a strong performance culture
- Have excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Being a customer-orientated teamplayer with passion and power
