Unser Mandant ist die verantwortliche Managementgesellschaft für das gesamte Immobilienvermögen einer etablierten Family-Office-Struktur mit hochwertigen Gewerbe
- und Wohnobjekten in Core-Lagen, insbesondere in den deutschen Ballungszentren. Im Zuge einer organisatorischen Neuordnung entsteht an dem zentralen Standort in Frankfurt die neugeschaffene Position als Financial Accountant - Real Estate (m/w/div).

Aufgaben
- Verantwortliche Bearbeitung der laufenden buchhalterischen Angelegenheiten im Bereich der Immobiliengesellschaften
- Erstellung der Finanzbuchhaltung und Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen
- Erstellung der Jahresabschlüsse und Betreuung bei der Prüfung durch die Wirtschaftsprüfer
- Vorbereitung von Ertragssteuererklärungen und Feststellungserklärungen für die Immobiliengesellschaften
- Überprüfung von Steuerbescheiden
- Begleitung der Betriebsprüfung
- Unterstützung des Berichtswesens / Controlling/ Reporting
- Ständige Optimierung der Abläufe, Prozesse und Instrumente im Bereich Rechnungswesen

Qualifikation
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Bilanzierung und Steuern; alternativ gerne auch die Qualifikation Bilanzbuchhalter
- Ab ca. fünf Jahre Gesamtberufserfahrung im Bereich Rechnungswesen, Bilanzierung und Steuern; idealerweise aus dem Umfeld einer Immobiliengesellschaft
- Erfahrung in der Bilanzierung nach HGB und IFRS inklusive der Fähigkeit der Erstellung von Abschlüssen
- Kenntnisse im Bereich der regelmäßigen Steuervoranmeldungen
- Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Jahresabschlussprüfungen und Betriebsprüfungen
- Fähigkeit in der Definition und Implementierung einer Aufbau
- und Ablauforganisation im Bereich Rechnungswesen
- Fundierte DATEV-Anwenderkenntnisse und MS-Office - Fokus Excel
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten über alle Organisationsstufen und über alle Business-Bereiche hinweg
- Analytik und Business-Verständnis
- Deutsch und Englisch (verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift)
- Engagement, Sorgfalt und Belastbarkeit
