**Manufacturing and Global Procurement > Regional Procurement NCE> Indirect procurement NCE**

Regional Procurement Organization supports NCE region (Northern Central Europe) in selection of suppliers for providing indirect materials & services. We cooperate with Global Procurement to implement a global strategy in region and building a regional strategy with focus on cost-awareness, quality-awareness and safety-awareness. We are sourcing for indirect suppliers being able to meet Vestas requirements as well as local legislation and certifications required for wind industry.

**Responsibilities**
- Determine with internal stakeholders the specifications and requirements for Fleet & Travel scope in NCE
- Review, negotiate, and handle agreements with subcontractors and their performance against the global / regional contracts
- Be a representative of NCE region in global projects.
- Conduct RFI and RFP process in NCE region for vendor selection.
- Support "Green Fleet" policy to maximize the utilization of electrical vehicle in region
- Ensure adherence to the policies and processes.

**Qualifications**
- Experience within procurement of Fleet & Travel scope from subcontractors
- We prefer experience in handling regional contracts
- We prefer a university degree
- Very good English both written and spoken is needed

- Good time management and organization skills
- Intercultural awareness, team-oriented person
