**As a recruiting partner of Step Partners Europe GmbH we are looking for you as VP Finance (a) at the location in Frankfurt am Main. **In your position, you will have the vital responsibility of leading and guiding an accounting and finance team to achieve their objectives and consistently deliver high-quality work. Your role will encompass overseeing the creation and execution of financial budgets and forecasts, aligning them with our strategic goals while ensuring their precision. **What You Will Be Doing**
- Lead and manage the accounting and finance team, ensuring they are meeting their objectives and delivering high-quality work
- Oversee the development and implementation of financial budgets and forecasts, ensuring that they are accurate, realistic and aligned with the company's strategic goals
- Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, ensuring that there is adequate liquidity to meet the company's obligations and fund its growth plans
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, and ensure that all reporting requirements are met in an emery and accurate manner, including tax reporting
- Provide financial analysis and insight to support strategic decision-making by the executive team and investors
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements, including those of the German government and regulatory bodies
- Continuously monitor and improve the company's financial processes and systems to ensure efficiency, accuracy and scalability

**What You Bring To The Job**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Several years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
- Experience in the hospitality or hotel management industry
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Experience with financial modelling and analysis
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- En: C1 - Advanced
- Ge: C2 - Proficient

**Nice-to-Haves**
- Familiarity with Luxembourg accounting principles
