**The project and the role description**

Our client, a global digital product development and engineering company, has created an integrated app that simplifies clinical trial participation for patients from home. By leveraging data and AI, they enhance productivity and design more effective studies.

As the Mobile QA Lead, you'll oversee the validation and testing of mobile devices for clinical studies using Unify. You'll collaborate with the Product team to ensure performance, stability, and user experience across various configurations. This role involves leading the QA team, establishing metrics, and driving continuous improvement

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**: Lead mobile and medical device validation during study onboarding, ensuring high quality and smooth integration.
- **Testing & Validation**: Plan and execute tests for mobile devices, ensuring performance and stability.
- **Impact Assessment**: Collaborate with BAs to assess study configurations and lead test case development.
- **Risk & Defect Management**: Identify risks, manage defects, and ensure timely resolutions.
- **Documentation**: Maintain thorough documentation of QA activities.
- **Process Improvement**: Suggest improvements for future study upgrades.

**Collaboration**: Work with the Study Onboarding QA, BA, and PM Teams, SMEs, and Product Owners.

**You might be the perfect match if you are/have**:

- 7+ years in software QA, with 2+ in leadership.
- 3-5 years in mobile app/SDK testing (Android/iOS).
- Medical device experience.
- Strong QA theory and test management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

**Moreover, we appreciate skills in these areas**:

- Experience in healthcare, clinical trials, and regulated environments.
- Familiarity with automation testing tools.
