**What you'll do**
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deeply understand project requirements and user needs.
- Design Cutting-Edge Interfaces: Create and iterate on user interfaces for innovative projects, ranging from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes.
- Fast and Iterative Prototyping: Engage in rapid prototyping cycles to quickly test and refine designs based on user feedback.
- Conduct User Research: Utilize qualitative and quantitative methods to perform user research, gaining critical insights into user behavior and preferences.
- Translate Research into Design: Convert research findings into actionable design insights, influencing product strategy and design decisions throughout the discovery and development lifecycle.

**What you bring**
- Master Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Currently pursuing a degree in UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience with prototyping tools and techniques.
- A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Keen attention to detail and a passion for creating excellent user experiences.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Knowledge in the business process management or process mining world is a plus
