**Head of Team Industrial Drives - Pitch & Yaw System (M/F/d)**:

**Your Tasks**:

- Professional and disciplinary management and staff motivation of the team Industrial Drives (Pitch & Yaw System)
- Developing and ensuring compliance with line guidelines to ensure development quality
- Development of the product and patent portfolio according to the customer (internal/external) and market requirements,taking into account quality and cost targets
- Continuous optimisation and development of the group in technical, personnel and structural terms
- Development of the group-specific research and development competences in the company including observation of science and competition to identify trends at an early stage

**Your Qualifications**:

- Master´s degree or Phd in electrical engineering, mechatronics or equivalent with at least 3 years of work experience
- Knowledge of electrical drives behavior,components and state-of-the-art drive software functions and algorithms
- Experience with industrial state-of-the-art converters and motion control system (e.g. ABB, Siemens, SINAMICS, KEBA, KEB) is an advantage
- Knowledge of the technical coordination of employees, experience in managing technical aspects in working teams and coordination of interdisciplinary internal / external teams and tasks
- Experience in developing electrical drives system functions in industrial environment
- Skill set in function driven model-based development approaches according V model, software engineering, requirements engineering, and software qualification methods (verification and validation) on component, system and integration level
