Das Aufgabengebiet:

- Abstimmung und Unterstützung mit den Fachabteilungen zu relevanten Datenschutz & Informationssicherheit sowie ISOThemen
- Datenschutz
- und Informationssicherheits-Anfragen bearbeiten
- Überwachung der Umsetzung von Datenschutzvorgaben und des internen ISMS-Systems
- Mitwirken/Durchführung von Audits
- Data Protection (technisch-organisatorisch)
- ISO 27000-er Reihe
- TISAX
- Unterstützung bei der Koordination aller Maßnahmen und Aktivitäten zur Verbesserung des QM-Systems sowie Kontrolle der Umsetzung
- Pflege unserer SharePoint-Seiten

Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder IT-Ausbildung oder Studium mit erweiterten Kenntnissen im Bereich IT
- Erste Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Datenschutz und ISONormen, Auditerfahrung wünschenswert
- Fundierte Kenntnisse den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen
- Ein hohes Maß an Engagement und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke sowie teamorientierte, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Gute bis sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englisch Kenntnisse
