Customer Support Specialist (f/m/d)
**Responsibilities**:
The Customer Support Specialist ensures that the ordering and delivery processes run smoothly. You will be in close contact with customers and our supply chain and will be the first point of contact for the Klüber Lubrication Germany sales force.
Preparing quotations and entering orders
Checking data for accuracy and completeness
Recording complaints, correcting pricing errors and creating credit notes
Goal-orientated communication with customers, keeping an eye on their concerns and providing appropriate feedback
Temporary for 1 year
