**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product owners, Tech Sales and Operations teams along with external key stakeholders such as customers, resellers and partners, to ensure that learning experiences are aligned with company-wide initiatives and goals.
- Conduct internal, reseller and customer trainings
- Manage and maintain learning platforms, and ensure content is up-to-date and accessible.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through assessments, feedback, and data analysis, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Continuously research and evaluate emerging trends and best practices in learning experience design and delivery.

- Demonstrated experience in developing effective digital and in-person learning experiences, including e-learning, video content, webinars, and live training session;
- Didactic skills and audience empathy in how to teach people technical topics in a structured, unified & intuitive way
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to lead, facilitate and present complex information to a variety of audiences;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously;
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement;
- Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in learning experience design and delivery;
- Ability to think outside of the box and develop innovative solutions to complex learning challenges.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in designing and developing digital and in-person learning experiences;
- Be comfortable speaking in front of people or a camera;
- Experience with video production and editing tools such as Camtasia or Adobe Premiere or similar is a plus;
- Experience with tools for content development and content development processes;
- Experience in a sales enablement role or working with sales teams is preferred;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with mínimal supervision;
- English (native speaker) or proficient level of English.
