**Die Aufgaben**:
- End to End Recruiting von Vakanzen für die Gastronomien einer unserer Key Accounts mit Sitz bei **SAP **in **Walldorf**:
- Beratung von Stakeholdern deines lokalen Teams und dem Talent Acquisition-Team in der Unternehmenszentrale
- Konzeption und Organisation innovativer Recruiting-Maßnahmen
- Aktives Networking bei Hotel
- und Berufsfachschulen
- Sukzessiver Aufbau eines stabilen, regionalen Netzwerkes (Talentpools) sowie Active Sourcing bei Karriere
- und Branchenmessen
- Direktansprache interessanter Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten über verschiedene Recruiting-Kanäle
**Dein Profil**:
- Begeisterungsfähiges und empathisches Auftreten
- „Foodie“-Mentalität und Leidenschaft für Dienstleistung
- Gastronomische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Recruiting / HR
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Organisationstalent und sehr gute Teamplayer-Qualitäten
- Spaß an Karrierenetzwerken und Social Media
- Erfahrung in der Gastronomie / Hotellerie erforderlich
