Der **Lab Technician **wird das Team in allen anfallenden Labortätigkeiten unterstützen. Des Weiteren besteht auch die Möglichkeit, anderen Abteilungen des Standorts (u. a. Produktion) kennenzulernen.
**Hauptverantwortlichkeiten**:
- Durchführung der spezifikationsgerechten Qualitätskontrollen inkl. Probenvorbereitung und ggf. -versand
- Qualitätskontrolle von Maislieferungen und Nebenprodukten
- Untersuchung von Produktionsproben zur Prozesskontrolle
- Dokumentation der Untersuchungsergebnisse
- Durchführung von Kontrollmessungen
- Vergleichsanalysen von Schnellmethoden gegenüber den Standardmethoden
- Freigabe und Sperrung von Produkten
- Mitarbeit an der Vorbereitung zur jährlichen Laborakkreditierung
- Weitergabe von Ergebnissen an die Produktion und Anforderung von Proben
- Aktive Teilnahme am Sicherheitsprozess
**Qualifizierte Bewerber haben**:
Obligatorische Anforderungen:
- Ausbildung zum/r Laboranten/in oder CTA
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Labor
- Fundierte Erfahrung in der Lebensmittel
- bzw. Nassanalytik
- EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office, SAP, Lotus Notes)
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
